We spent a good portion of our night exploring Beijing. One of the funnest places to see is Snack Street. This is where the natives come from all over China to try out different delicacies. We saw crickets, scorpions, grasshoppers, bats, birds, internal organs, star fish, sea horse, and sea urchins to name a few. We passed on all of these but the locals were seriously feasting. Brig and in both enjoyed experiencing something so different from our life.
