It seems like we went all over Beijing today. We started out early and went to a Jade Factory, The Great Wall, the Bird's Nest, an Acrobat show, and Tianamen Square and the Forbidden City. We even had tea at a tea house with some natives.
The Great Wall was so impressive. We have both seen so many pictures but seeing it in person was so amazing. Rick and I decided to climb the steepest and hardest side of the Wall, and I am happy to report that I made it all the way. Rick did too, but who even questioned that? It felt like a huge accomplishment, and we both really enjoyed it.
I have tried adding the pictures, but it won't let me for some reason - I will try again in the morning. Two more days till John!
